I wish there was a way to edit a star rating, or a direct link to a dev's app support page. Anyway, the issue here was that I had disabled IE Protected Mode for Internet zone. If disabled, all office apps will fail. Once re-enabled, the apps will work again.

Every time I tried to start this app, I received the message:
This app could not be started. Close this dialog to ignore the problem or click "Restart" to try again.

Works well, is fairly inexpensive, and I only encountered one problem so far.

This add-in for Microsoft Word works well; however, when it first opened after first installing it, everything was in Japanese. This issue was easily fixed by closing, and reopening the add-in. I would have rated with five stars, had it not been for this one issue. The fax service offers multiple ways to send faxes (e.g. online and through Word), but there is a required subscription. Contrariwise, the nice part is the free 30-day trial, after which there are two options for a continued subscription. By default the monthly subscription starts automatically after the free trial, and costs $16.95 (USD); additionally the yearly option, if chosen before the end of the trial period, costs $169.50 (USD). Both subscriptions include 150 pages in/out-bound per month with different prices for exceeding this limit. I recommend this add-in to anyone who sends frequent, but not excessive faxes.
