Once you create an Access report, you can output it as a report snapshot (.snp) to view it online. A report snapshot contains an exact copy of each page of an Access report and preserves the two-dimensional layout, graphics, and other features of the report.
You can then use Snapshot Viewer to view, print, mail, and distribute the report snapshot through Microsoft Internet Explorer. Using the Snapshot Viewer in this way doesn't require an Access license. You can install Snapshot Viewer not only from Access 2000, but also as a free download from the Microsoft Access Developer's Web site.
