Software requirements     You need the following to use slide libraries:

  • A team Web site that runs on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
  • Installed on your computer: Microsoft Office Professional 2007. The library relies on PowerPoint 2007, which is included in this installation, for any slide work that you do in the library, such as publishing, copying, and editing slides.

Your slide library has already been set up, using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Now see how to use the library when you're creating presentations in PowerPoint 2007.

For example, you'll want to know how to copy slides from the library into your presentation; how to edit slides in the library when slide content becomes obsolete; and how to be sure you have the latest version of a slide you've copied from the library.
