Complete the following test so you can be sure you understand the material. Your answers are private, and test results are not scored.
To create an e-mail signature, you first:
Scan your handwritten signature.
Start the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.
Create a new e-mail message.
Decide how you want to format the text in the signature.
When you create your first e-mail signature, that signature will automatically be applied to all new messages.
Fancy formatting, such as bigger or more colorful fonts, will not be visible to someone who receives e-mail in this format:
You can resize a picture by using the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.
In order to switch from one signature to another in a message:
Delete the default signature and then copy and paste the new one from a different message.
Switch the signature from the Signatures and Stationery dialog box.
Use the Signatures button on the ribbon and select a different one from the list.
