Sharing command on shortcut menu when user right-clicks Mailbox in folder list

Callout 1 Right-click the Outlook mailbox.
Callout 2 Click Sharing.

To share your entire mailbox, you would right-click it and click Sharing on the shortcut menu. You would add the name of the person to share with and grant permissions. (Sounds familiar, doesn't it?) Then you would follow this same procedure for every folder or subfolder that you wanted to share, omitting those that you chose not to share. You'll get a chance to go through all the steps for this in the practice session at the end of this lesson.
