Change the look of your Web site using Page Editor and Site Designer

Microsoft Office Live Small Business provides two tools you can use to change the look of your Web site: Page Editor and Site Designer.

Site Designer gives you the ability to make changes to your entire Web site with only a few clicks. Using Site Designer, you can:

Page Editor lets you make changes to individual pages of your site without affecting the other pages. Using Page Editor, you can:

After you make changes to your Web site using Page Editor or Site Designer, and you save your changes, you can view the pages exactly as your site visitors see them.

Find your Web pages

You can view a list of currently active Web pages in Page Manager.

Open Site Designer

  1. On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
  2. In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click Design Site, and then, in the drop-down list, click Design site. Site Designer appears.

Open Page Editor

  1. On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
  2. In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click Design Site, and then, in the drop-down list, click Edit pages. Page Editor appears.

View changes to your Web site

You can view your Web site from Page Manager, Site Designer, or Page Editor.

To view your site from Page Manager, do the following:

  1. On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
  2. In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click View site. Your Web site opens in a new browser window.

To view your site when using either Site Designer or Page Editor, do the following:
