Microsoft Office Live Small Business provides two tools you can use to change the look of your Web site: Page Editor and Site Designer.
Site Designer gives you the ability to make changes to your entire Web site with only a few clicks. Using Site Designer, you can:
- Edit the header and footer text for all your pages.
- Select a theme or style for your entire Web site.
- Change site navigation to help visitors move from page to page on your Web site.
- Adjust the color scheme and fonts used throughout your Web site.
Page Editor lets you make changes to individual pages of your site without affecting the other pages. Using Page Editor, you can:
- Edit the fonts, text sizes, and text colors on all or part of a single Web page.
- Make changes to the format of paragraphs, including applying indentation or creating bulleted lists.
- Add images, tables, modules (such as calendars, weather, and more), or forms.
- Insert hyperlinks, dates, and graphic elements like horizontal lines.
After you make changes to your Web site using Page Editor or Site Designer, and you save your changes, you can view the pages
exactly as your site visitors see them.

Find your Web pages
You can view a list of currently active Web pages in Page Manager.
- On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears and displays a list of your Web pages.

Open Site Designer
- On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
- In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click Design Site, and then, in the drop-down list, click Design site. Site Designer appears.

- If it is not already selected, click the Site Designer tab.

Open Page Editor
- On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
- In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click Design Site, and then, in the drop-down list, click Edit pages. Page Editor appears.

- When using Site Designer, click the Page Editor tab.

View changes to your Web site
You can view your Web site from Page Manager,
Site Designer, or Page Editor.
To view your site from Page Manager, do the following:
- On the Office Live Small Business Home page, at the top, click Web Site. Page Manager appears.
- In Page Manager, on the actions bar, click View site. Your Web site opens in a new browser window.
To view your site when using either Site Designer or Page Editor, do the following:
- In either Site Designer or Page Editor, at the top of the window, click View. Your Web site opens in a new browser window.
