You can use Microsoft Office Outlook to access e-mail in Microsoft Office Live Small Business. When you do so, updates that you make in Office Outlook, such as deleting messages or updating a contact, are automatically synchronized with Office Live Small Business e-mail. Even changes that you make while working offline are incorporated when you reconnect to the Internet. To use Microsoft Office Outlook you must download and install Outlook Connector.
For more information about finding your Inbox and accessing your e-mail, see Access your e-mail. For more information about using Outlook, see the Outlook Help.
You must download Outlook Connector to access your e-mail, contacts, tasks, and notes in Office Outlook. To download Outlook Connector, go to the Microsoft Download Center. After you have installed Outlook Connector, you then configure Office Outlook to work with Office Live Small Business E-Mail features. For more information, see Outlook Connector Help.
Note When you send a message to multiple recipients, you may receive an error message telling you that you can send e-mail to only a given number of recipients. To help reduce spam, Office Live Small Business limits the number of recipients that you can send a message to at one time. To send a message to multiple recipients, make sure that you include only the number of recipients that appears in the error message. As you send e-mail more frequently and responsibly (that is, you do not send spam, or unsolicited bulk e-mail), Office Live Small Business increases the number of recipients to whom you can send a message.
